A private collection of just fourteen luxury homes, set within three acres of beautifully landscaped former school grounds in the charming village in Surrey. This idyllic gated community lies moments from Chobham’s High Street, offering easy access to everyday essentials and village life.
Through a series of hand-crafted illustrations, we set out to capture the natural beauty of the former schoolhouse grounds and the distinctive charm of life in Chobham. Each house type is named after a tree or flower found on the site, with its own bespoke illustration, reflecting the unique character woven into every home.
